Rick's Barbeque Sauce

#10 can of catsup
#10 can of water
5/8 lb. butter
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup "real lemon" lemon juice
1/2 cup liquid smoke
2 cups yellow mustard
1 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup custom pork seasoning
1/8 cup crushed garlic
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon red pepper seasoning (1/4 cup for hot sauce) 1/4 cup black pepper

Mix all ingredients together (except for butter) and simmer for 1 1/2 hours stirring often. Remove from heat, add butter and stir. Return to heat and simmer until desired thickness. You may need to add some water if it is too thick already.
